Grades K-7

Explore stories of the Bible through creativity, imagination, wonder and play! Children are welcome to join anytime throughout the year. Children will explore the stories and practices of the Christian faith through imagination, creativity, prayer, play, and wonder.

Sunday School gathers most Sundays during the school year (excluding : 10/4, 11/1, 11/29, 12/20, 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2).

Nursery |9AM -Noon

Children Ages 4 and Under

Children of all ages are always welcome to remain in the sanctuary during worship! Nursery care is also available for children four and under. Located on the second floor, the nursery is open Sundays during the program year from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. It offers a safe, welcoming space for children to play, read, or rest while parents attend worship or other parish activities. The nursery is also available for nursing, diaper changes, or a quiet break with your child.

Children’s Chapel | Second Service

Designed for children in PreK-2nd grades. Children gather in the nave with their families for the opening hymn and prayers. They are then invited to follow the cross upstairs for chapel during the readings and sermon. Children enjoy age-appropriate stories, liturgy, songs and prayers. They will return during the Passing of the Peace and for Communion.

Confirmation

In Confirmation, we make a mature commitment to Christ, and a commitment to live out our baptismal vows in the communion of the Episcopal Church (and Anglican Churches around the world). If you were baptized as an infant, confirmation offers you the opportunity to take on the vows that your parents made for them, for themselves. Confirmation is also a way that those who were baptized in other churches commit to the Anglican way of being Christian. Confirmation teaches us how to make our faith our own. The rite of Confirmation includes the affirmation of baptismal vows and the laying on of hands by a bishop.
